The staff were great too make us feel welcome, providing excellent advice and even loaning us a metro card. The hotel is located in a historic building, adding an interesting touch to our experience. The room was beautifully designed and spotlessly clean. The hotel's location, right off the main shopping strip and near the Galata Tower, was perfect for exploring the city's attractions. We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The modern rooms were equipped with all the amenities we needed, including a tv and a well-stocked minibar. The bathroom was lovely, with plenty of towels, a rain shower, and hot water. The location was perfect, with great Turkish restaurants just across the street and popular attractions like Galata Tower and Taksim within walking distance. The friendly and helpful staff provided us with insider information and even lent us an Istanbul card for our stay. we highly recommend this hotel for a nice stay in Istanbul.

The hotel is ideally located, close to all attractions and just a short walk from Sishane Metro station. The Galata or Taksim area is bustling with activity and there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The rooms are spacious and modern, with clean bathrooms and excellent service from the friendly staff. The breakfast, served at a nearby restaurant, is delicious and included in the room rate. Some rooms even offer a beautiful view of the city.
Some reviews mentioned that the noise level from nearby rooms could be a bit bothersome.

My Christmas stay at this hotel was good. The staff were really good too make my experience nice. They were helpful and friendly, providing me with early check-in and late check-out. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the bustling shopping street. Another great aspect was the super clean and spacious rooms, not only comfortable but also stylish.

Staying here was a truly enjoyable experience! The location is fantastic, right in the middle of all the action, in a lively pedestrian street along the hillside. The staff here are managed perfectly! During the night shift, they are friendly and helpful and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. The room amenities were excellent, including soundproofed walls, in-room safe, and a mini-bar. I especially appreciated the convenience of room service, airport shuttle, and paid tours/ticket assistance.
I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay in this area.

The hotel's location is amazing, with easy access to shopping, eateries, and main attractions. The staff is really good, going above and beyond to help us reach the hotel when the area was blocked by police. The rooms are spacious and the facilities are great. The hotel feels like home, with a friendly and cute atmosphere.
